Description
Revisions have been made to the following School Board Rules by Educational Management Consultant Services (EMCS). One School Board Rule is new.
School Board Rule 5.30, Student Control
School Board Rule 5.32, Zero Tolerance for School Related Crimes
School Board Rule 5.35, Granting Permission for Students to Leave the School Campus
School Board Rule 5.343, Use of Time Out, Seclusion and Physical Intervention for Students with Disabilities
School Board Rule 5.90, Foreign Exchange Students (NEW)
School Board Rule 6.65, Nursing Mothers (NEW)
School Board Rule 7.38, Facsimile Signature
Recommendation
That the School Board of Sarasota County authorize the advertisement of School Board Rules: 5.30, Student Control; 5.32, Zero Tolerance for School Related Crimes; 5.35, Granting Permission for Students to Leave the School Campus; 5.343, Use of Time Out, Seclusion and Physical Intervention for Students with Disabilities; 5.90, Foreign Exchange Students; 6.65, Nursing Mothers; and 7.38, Facsimile Signature.
